Appreciated spotless room with a bed, felt like we were home. Everything here was excellent. The staff was helpful in managing every request. Even the Teterboro airport was not so far, 10 minutes drive away:)))

Liked the room and overall cleanliness of the place.
Didn't like the smell in certain areas and that when asked where the stairs were, housekeeping couldn't understand and directed me to the elevators. Highly irritating. Otherwise great.

No coffee maker, and not one item in the full kitchen, no pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware.....completely empty....how can you call that a full kitchen?????

The room was completely empty. Not even a glass or cup. Nothing to use for the kitchen. The WiFi was terrible and slow. The lights in the room were broken. One electrical outlet was broken also. Oh, no food available anywhere nearby.

Had a great time here! Everything was top-notch and totally suited my needs. The staff was super efficient and really welcoming, making me feel right at home. The facilities were also on point. I came for a trip but wouldn't think twice about coming back 🌟.
